Warranty Windward Shutters & Windows, LLC extends a lifetime warranty for installation workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions. This warranty does not cover any damages caused by fire, flood, etc. Any alteration or repair other than by a representative of Windward will void this warranty. In addition, Windward extends a two year parts warranty for rolldown shutters, limited to replacement or repair of defective parts, a five year manufacturer’s (Elero, USA) warranty for rolldown shutter motors, subject to manufacturer’s limits, and a one year warranty for paint on Colonial and Bahama shutters, limited to re-painting of the affected shutters.
